Surveying Technician
CEC is looking for motivated surveying technicians to join our team. Surveying technicians will work under the supervision of a survey crew chief on a variety of projects including: performing topographic and boundary surveys, providing construction staking for multi-family, single-family, commercial, and industrial developments as well as utility infrastructure projects; and performing survey calculations. Technicians will work in the field using a variety of technologies to achieve project goals.
Prerequisites:
- Understanding of construction and surveying methods
- Ability to read construction plans
- Desire to continually learn and excel professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Passion for solving problems and working collaboratively
- Flexibility to adapt to site conditions
