Since 1969, Civil Engineering Consultants (CEC) has grown to be the city’s leading civil engineering and landscape architecture firm. Proudly rooted in Central Iowa, we are dedicated to planning, engineering, and designing the region’s future.

In the spring of 1996, Landscape Architectural Consultants, a division of CEC, was established. With a strong history of employing skilled landscape architects and planners, we believe their expertise in site design perfectly complements our civil engineering capabilities.
